The Guest House at Lant Hill Farm
A Bed and Breakfast near Saratoga Springs and Lake George, New York
The
breathtakingly clear vista from Lant Hill Farm flows over rolling
pastures, across the valley toward the foothills
of the Green Mountains to the 3,900 foot Mt Equinox in
Vermont. But that's not what makes the Inn at Lant Hill Farm like
no other place to visit.
It's a place
of quiet country, with European
chalet-style accommodations and the hospitality to
match. Nestled into the hillside on a working organic
farm, you'll find it a wonderfully different experience
from "in-town" or "centrally-located" places:
The Guest House at Lant Hill Farm is not just a place to stop by
for the night, it's a destination.
There's
plenty to do and see in the surrounding countryside. Short
drives bring you to Lake George, Saratoga, and Vermont. In the immediate area (less than 30 minutes), you can visit
a flower farm, a gourmet restaurant, a chocolatier, a
micro-brewery, and countless farms.
Or,
you can just stay on the farm and relax with a good book or play
games. We offer friendly service, catering to your
preferences, whether you wish to be private and on your own, or
interested in everything we have to offer. The farm has seasonal
activities including gathering eggs, picking fresh flowers for the
breakfast table, boiling sap for maple syrup, or picking grapes
for homemade jam. (We also welcome families with
children- we have flexible arrangements, plus there's lots to see
on the farm.)
And you won't
be overwhelmed by crowds of guests-we offer two rooms,
each with private baths. The chalet-style architecture
offers unique living space that provides privacy
and comfort. Enjoy a
full breakfast in our large and comfortable common
rooms. Or, you can take your freshly prepared meal on the spacious
deck that overlooks the mountains.
We take great
pride in offering our hospitality to our guests. The farm is
our home and has been for over 30 years. The
Guest House at Lant Hill Farm is a bed and breakfast like no
other...come and see why.
